Guerra de facção deixa um menor morto no Monte das Oliveiras
Menor estava com um colete à prova de balas e foi baleado com tiros na cabeça, braço e pescoço
Manaus – Quem levou a pior foi o adolescente Benjamim da Silva Queiroz, de 17 anos, foi morto a tiros na tarde de ontem sábado (21). O crime aconteceu por volta das 17h, no beco Guarapuava, comunidade Luís Otávio, bairro Monte das Oliveiras, na Zona Norte da capital. A vítima estava junto do grupo de uma facção criminosa que trocavam tiros contra um grupo de uma facção rival. Nas paredes do beco tem várias pichações do Tudo 1 (TD1) e Família do Norte (FDN).
Os policiais militares da 26 Companhia Interativa Comunitária (Cicom) foram até o local com informações de tiros com arma de fogo. Ao chegaram na região se depararam com o homicídio.
O delegado Fábio Silva, plantonista da Delegacia Especializada em Homicídios e Sequestros (DEHS) conversou com moradores que confirmaram que o tiroteio e a área ser ponto de tráfico de drogas.
“Pelo cenário que podemos ver aqui a ação foi grande. Pelas cápsulas que apanhamos do local identificamos que as armas usadas são de vários calibres, 9mm, ponto 40, 38 entre outras. E o jovem que morreu estava com um colete, ou seja, ele estava preparado para isso, mesmo a família negando ele estar envolvido com o crime”, contou.
O delegado informou ainda sobre dois homens, ainda não identificados, que foram presos e levados ao 6° Distrito Integrado de Polícia (DIP) com armas que batem com as munições encontradas no local.
“Nós vamos até o DIP para conversar com esses suspeitos e conseguir mais informações. Depois iremos em hospitais para tentar encontrar algum envolvido no confronto, que possa ter buscado atendimento médico”, completou.
Profissionais do Departamento de Polícia Técnico-Científica (DPTC) realizaram a perícia do crime encontraram marcas de tiros na cabeça, pescoço e braço. Depois liberaram o corpo para ser removido pelos funcionários do Instituto Médico Legal (IML) para realização de exame de necropsia.

Moradores da localidade disseram que ouviram os tiros e que as atividades criminosas têm acontecido com frequência, por conta de um interesse pelo território.
“Essa área é da FDN, é só olhar as pichações nas paredes. Aqui é uma boca de fumo, eles querem tomar de conta, e nós ficamos no fogo cruzado, poderia ter matado alguém inocente”, disse um morador que preferiu anonimato.
