Como planejar metas para 2020 e realizar seus sonhos
Tire 10 minutos do seu feriado de réveillon, vá para um cantinho tranquilo e planeje suas metas para 2020, porque barco que navega sem rumo pode ir para qualquer lugar, inclusive bater em uma pedra.
A grande sacada de planejar é visualizar tudo que você quer realizar no ano novo. Não importa se são sonhos grandes ou pequenos.
Ao enxergar todos os itens listados, o seu cérebro começa a trabalhar para saber como realizar e ganha foco, um “norte” para trilhar o melhor caminho pra chegar lá.
Há quem acredite que planejar as metas é uma forma de materializar os seus desejos, mas – de forma mais cética – pode ser um método para você se organizar e saber por onde começar.
Lembre que os desejos não precisam ser todos factíveis, fáceis de realizar. Na agenda cabe tudo, nos sonhos também… e ninguém paga para sonhar.
Como
Planejar as metas é mais simples do que parece.
- Pegue sua agenda de papel e uma caneta, ou vá até as notas do seu smartphone.
- Escreva aleatoriamente tudo o que vem à sua cabeça, todos os sonhos que você quer realizar no ano novo: financeiros, pessoais, espirituais e profissionais. Depois organize esses sonhos.
- Coloque primeiro os mais simples, aqueles pessoais para cuidar de você, como entrar na academia, parar de fumar, fazer aquele tratamento médico ou nos dentes que você tanto deseja… encontrar um amor, se casar…
- Depois anote os sonhos mais gigantes, que seu bolso não alcançaria hoje, como abrir o seu negócio, arrumar um emprego melhor, fazer uma grande viagem, comprar/reformar sua casa, adquirir um carro novo… Estabeleça o salário ideal, que você gostaria de receber no ano novo.
- Em seguida coloque os desejos que estão na bica para acontecer mas ficaram travados em 2019: aquela promoção profissional, o emprego que você está de olho, um negócio que está para ser fechado, a indenização ou processo que você está para receber.
- Depois coloque os sonhos mais distantes, como o salário ideal, comprar o seu terreno, casa, ou apartamento, fazer uma viagem pra longe com a família.
- Termine com o item gratidão: escreva tudo o que você tem para agradecer nessa vida – questões financeiras, pessoais, espirituais e profissionais – como estar vivo, ter saúde, ter uma família, um amor, um trabalho, um carro, um casa, amigos…
- Salve as metas de 2020 no celular – ou mantenha em local protegido a agenda de papel – para olhar no final do ano. Certamente você vai se surpreender com o que conseguiu realizar. É que o ser humano costuma pensar muito nos problemas, naquilo que está faltando e se esquece das conquistas que realizou.
Descobertas
Nesse processo de materialização dos seus desejos você vai descobrir qual é o tamanho dos seus sonhos.
Talvez também vá perceber que tem se envolvido demais com os problemas dos outros e se esquecido de você.
A correria do dia a dia muitas vezes faz a gente ir empurrando com a barriga e esquecer dos próprios sonhos.
Mas a hora é essa. A virada de ano serve pra gente meio que “zerar”, recomeçar e corrigir o rumo da vida.
E lembre: ninguém vai fazer isso por você.
